Updated Summer Collection Shipping Policy:

We’re excited to announce that for our new summer collection, our warehouse is now based in a more convenient location to ensure faster and smoother deliveries worldwide.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, followed by estimated shipping times below:

United Kingdom: Shipping 7–11 days

USA & Canada: Shipping 9–16 days

Australia: Shipping 9–16 days

EU Countries: Shipping 9–16 days

Shipping Locations:

We are based in the UK and currently ship worldwide.

Shipping Times:

UK Orders: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
International Orders (including EU): Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

Customs and Import Taxes:

For orders placed by customers outside the UK, particularly in the EU, please be aware that your order may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the price of the product or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy:

At MOTIV Gym Wear, we offer pre-order opportunities for select products to ensure you can secure your favorite items before they're officially released. Here's how our pre-order process works:

  1. Pre-Order Period: When a product is available for pre-order, we will specify the pre-order period, typically lasting 1-2 weeks. During this time, you can place your order for the item(s) you wish to pre-order.

  2. Manufacturing Process: Once the pre-order period ends, we will begin the manufacturing process based on the number of pre-orders received. Our manufacturing partners, typically located in China, will produce the exact quantity of items sold during the pre-order period.

  3. Shipping to the UK: Once the manufacturing process is complete (this typically takes 20-30 days), the items will be shipped from our manufacturing facility to our warehouse in the UK. This shipping process typically takes around 5-7 days to arrive at the warehouse.

  4. Shipping to Customers: Upon receiving the pre-ordered items at our UK warehouse, we will promptly process and ship them to our customers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  5. Delivery Time: The delivery time for pre-order items may vary depending on your location. Please allow for up to 8 Weeks for pre-ordered items to arrive.

  6. Updates and Notifications: Throughout the pre-order process, we will keep you informed via email of any updates regarding the status of your pre-order, including manufacturing progress and shipping timelines.

Please note that while we strive to meet our estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as production issues or shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver high-quality products to you.
